Elixir
Growing older doesn't mean slowing down.
A practice built for the life you still want to be living, actively.
A comfortably warm, approximately 75°F class designed for older adults who want to maintain strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and confidence — using supportive props to help you move well and keep doing what you love.
Mobility. Balance. Strength.
The Name
Why We Call It Elixir
An elixir isn't a quick fix. It's something you return to — consistently, intentionally — because of what it gives you over time.
That's what this class is.
Not a workout to survive once and check off a list. A practice to come back to, week after week, that keeps giving you back your strength, your balance, and your confidence to keep moving through life.
We named it Elixir because that's exactly what a sustained, well-built practice becomes: the thing that keeps you doing what you love, for longer.
Not a cure. Not a miracle.
A habit worth keeping.
The Problem
Most Fitness Isn't Built for Where You Are Right Now
As we get older, the priorities of a good practice change.
It's no longer just about a hard workout. It's about staying steady on your feet. Being able to get up and down without thinking about it. Reaching for something on a shelf without worry. Keeping the strength and mobility that let you keep doing the things you actually want to do.
Most classes weren't built with that in mind. They're either too intense to feel safe and approachable, or so gentle they don't actually build anything.
Elixir was built for the space in between.
The Method
Yoga and Functional Movement, Together
Elixir blends a yoga-based practice with functional movement and gentle strengthening.
We use resistance bands to build strength in ways that don't require getting up and down off the floor. We work on balance and stability — challenging enough to matter, supported enough to feel safe. We move through mobility and flexibility work that keeps your joints doing what they're supposed to do. And we close with breathwork and relaxation, because recovery is part of the practice too.
Every prop we use — chairs, resistance bands, blocks, straps, Pilates balls — is there to support the movement, not to make the class easier.
They're tools, not training wheels.
Yoga & Functional Movement

Gentle Strengthening

Mobility & Flexibility
Keeping your joints doing their job.

Breathwork & Relaxation
Recovery is part of the practice.
The Environment
Comfortably Warm, Not Hot.
Elixir is held at a comfortably warm ~75°F — not heated, not cold.
Warm enough to support easy movement through the joints. Cool enough that the room itself is never something you have to manage.
This isn't a hot yoga class, and it isn't meant to be. The temperature is set to support the work, not add another challenge on top of it.
Comfortably Warm ~75°F · Beginner Friendly · Props Provided · No Yoga Experience Required
The Difference
Beginner Friendly. All Levels Welcome.
You don't need yoga experience to walk into Elixir.
You don't need to get down on the floor if that's not where your body wants to be today — chair options and modifications are built into every class, not offered as an afterthought.
Elixir meets you wherever you're starting from, and gives you room to keep building from there.
The Philosophy
Keep Doing What You Love.
We're not chasing a harder workout. We're not measuring the class by how sore you are afterward.
We built Elixir around one goal: helping you maintain the strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and confidence that let you keep doing the things you love — for as long as possible.
That's the elixir.
Not a single class. The practice of coming back.
New to Elixir? $30 for 30 days, unlimited classes — good through the end of October.
